Road trip report

Dairy UP

In June, Dairy UP held its first road trip in collaboration with Dairy NSW, visiting a farm near Bodalla on day 1 and Cobargo on day 2.

Participants included farmers, service providers and members of the Dairy UP and Dairy NSW teams. The sessions included updates from Dairy Up the following Dairy UP projects:

  • P1a Remote pasture monitoring
  • P2a Cattle longevity
  • P2f Infectious diseases
  • P3 Economics of intensification
  • P9 Designer milk

We were delighted with the discussions which included lots of questions and great feedback. We are now considering options for similar activities in other areas of NSW.
