Mulisa Faji Dida’s
The Australian dairy industry is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). This PhD project develops whole-farm GHGs mitigation strategies as pathways for carbon neutrality in kikuyu-based dairy production systems by using ‘a modelling approach‘ coupled with automated technologies to monitor individual animals, soils and the environment.
Mulisa Faji Dida will work with precision technology, including animal breath analysers, soil chambers and environmental probes to help shape management practices that reduce carbon emissions in the dairy industry.
